Three-Ply Felt Derby Manipulator Hats - Red/Black

The Manipulator Derby Hat is a soft, Oval, triple layer, heavy, 100% wool felt derby hat that’s perfect for juggling, rolling, tumbling and spinning. Made by the same people as the other felt juggling hats you can expect the same quality in these Derby Hats. More durable than hard-shelled hats, these props will stand up to a lot more dropping and squashing. These Derby Hats are much more similar in shape to classic bowler hats despite the Nils Poll Round Hat often being referred to as a bowler. The Derby Manipulator Hat looks much less like a clown hat than the Round Hat. The oval shape of the Derby makes head catches more difficult than with a Round Hat so we advise either practising with a Round Hat or getting a bigger size if you are a beginner. These hats aren't just great performance and juggling props, they keep your head warm too! Please note: All the heavy weight hats are handmade and may vary a little in size. Measure your head from 1cm above the ears - but not too tight - and note the circumference. If you order the wrong size then don't worry we will replace it, if sent back in mint condition.
