MACHINERY AND MATERIALS

  • We can offer TIG welding of aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel up to 10mm thick.  
  • MIG welding of mild steel up to 6mm.
  • Lathe turning of lengths up to 1600mm and 80mm diameter.
  • Metal/wood/fibre cutting with bandsaw, chop saws, plunge saws and grinders.
  • Metal/wood/fibre drilling with pillar drills.
  • Tube bending and tube section rolling, currently just for 25.4mm diameter tube but in future more sizes.

We also have expertise in cotton and synthetic ropes, splicing and rigging, as well as access to a large range of material suppliers and various different finishes available (powder coating, anodising, polished).

PRICING AND TIME FRAME

Custom products will have a higher cost than our "off the shelf" products. Pricing will be per request and will vary based on materials, labour, and the size of the project. For example, many aerial items will require producing 2 and destroying 1 for testing.

We will aim to get the product completed as quickly as possible without compromising on quality and will keep you updated along the way. If it is needed by a particular date please let us know upon request.
